Position Summary:
The Senior Marketing Coordinator at Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company is tasked with the formulation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the organization and its affiliated entities, including the Hall of Fame Village. This role focuses on creating distinctive marketing approaches for various business sectors that align with corporate goals encompassing destination resorts, media, and gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop promotional content and design promotional materials.
- Evaluate marketing analytics to inform strategic decisions that enhance revenue and visibility, aligning with company objectives.
- Generate and manage marketing reports to identify growth opportunities and benchmark data.
- Implement both short-term and long-term strategies to attract customers, foster engagement, and drive revenue.
- Conduct research on marketing trends and identify industry best practices to guide initiatives.
- Oversee customer database management, including the execution of email and text marketing campaigns.
- Design and implement marketing plans for events, products, and initiatives.
- Support various business sectors with the creation of promotional materials for events related to sports, leisure, and tourism.
- Coordinate vendor selection and management.
- Facilitate retail sales promotions and media buying efforts.
- Manage signage and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Handle budgeting and bookkeeping for marketing activities.
- Develop and manage grassroots marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness across all business areas.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, guests, and partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media professionals across various channels.
- Assist with commercial production as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Salary and Employment Status: Exempt Position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally within media, sports, or entertainment sectors.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Yahoo Web Analytics, Google Website Optimizer, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from websites.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
