Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotional content and design promotional materials.
  • Evaluate marketing analytics to inform strategic decisions that enhance revenue and visibility, aligning with company objectives.
  • Generate and manage marketing reports to identify growth opportunities and benchmark data.
  • Implement both short-term and long-term strategies to attract customers, foster engagement, and drive revenue.
  • Conduct research on marketing trends and identify industry best practices to guide initiatives.
  • Oversee customer database management, including the execution of email and text marketing campaigns.
  • Design and implement marketing plans for events, products, and initiatives.
  • Support various business sectors with the creation of promotional materials for events related to sports, leisure, and tourism.
  • Coordinate vendor selection and management.
  • Facilitate retail sales promotions and media buying efforts.

Salary and Employment Status: Exempt Position

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally within media, sports, or entertainment sectors.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Yahoo Web Analytics, Google Website Optimizer, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from websites.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must be adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours as necessary.

Physical Requirements:
