About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Catering Sales and Marketing to join our team at Concert Golf Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Work closely with clients to understand their event needs, develop customized event concepts, and ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our catering services, including social media, email marketing, and event promotions.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales and event staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Financial Management: Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in catering sales and marketing, preferably in a golf or country club setting.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of event planning, marketing, and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
