We are seeking a North America/Latin America (NALA) - OEM Sales Partnership Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Americas Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA's Sales and Marketing teams and OEM partners to foster growth.
  • Implement OEM data center product strategies, sales enablement, and channel partner initiatives.
  • Establish GTM metrics and benchmarks, monitor progress, and conduct post-analysis for marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the OEM sales organization, ensuring alignment with leadership and commitment to NVIDIA's objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training and enablement for OEM data center sales teams to effectively communicate technology and business value to end customers.
  • Work alongside the Channel Partner team to enhance awareness and training programs across leading channel partners.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess the performance of our joint solutions and ensure business growth.
  • Manage pipeline, track significant opportunities, and oversee sales execution and regional forecasting.
  • Drive GPU design-ins and wins, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA's strategic focus areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven success in sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive success in enterprise accelerated computing, deep learning, and graphics virtualization markets.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to convey technology benefits in business terms.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and public speaking skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Willingness to travel for events and represent NVIDIA-OEM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data center/server sales.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU computing and AI technologies.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 server OEMs and selling through OEMs and partners.
