Position Overview:

As the Channel Partnership Manager for EMEA at Recharge, you will be crucial in driving our growth strategy and cultivating relationships with our agency partners throughout the UK and Europe. Reporting directly to the Director of Channel - Revenue Development and Partnerships, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our channel management strategies. This position offers an opportunity to lead strategic alliances, enhance indirect revenue growth, and significantly impact Recharge's international expansion within the subscription commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of e-commerce-focused digital agencies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to expand our agency partner network and increase sales of Recharge products.
  • Achieve ambitious quarterly revenue objectives by promoting growth through effective partner support and enablement.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential agency partners, initiating programs to accelerate their growth within the Recharge partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel initiatives with overarching business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent Recharge at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, fostering relationships with both new and existing partners.
  • Drive thought leadership and industry best practices through extensive community enablement and marketing initiatives, positioning Recharge as a frontrunner in subscription commerce solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in channel management, business development, or related roles, ideally within the payments, fintech, or ecommerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing high-performing strategic partnerships independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with digital agencies, particularly those specializing in Shopify, along with a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape and relevant technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, skilled in crafting and implementing complex channel strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
