About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at ReCharge. As a key member of our Channel Development team, you will play a vital role in driving our growth strategy and nurturing relationships with our agency partners across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies to broaden our agency partner network and boost sales of ReCharge products.
  • Meet ambitious quarterly revenue targets, fostering growth through effective partner enablement and support.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential agency partners, initiating programs to expedite their growth within the ReCharge partner program.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align channel initiatives with overall business goals and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Represent ReCharge at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, nurturing relationships with both new and existing partners.
  • Drive thought leadership and industry best practices through wide-ranging community enablement and marketing campaigns, positioning ReCharge as a leader in subscription commerce solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in channel management, business development, or similar roles, preferably in the payments, fintech, or ecommerce sector.
  • Proven success in propelling revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships, with a history of surpassing revenue targets.
  • Effective leadership abilities with a background in cultivating high-performing strategic partnerships independently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building connections and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience collaborating with digital agencies, particularly those specialized in Shopify, and a profound comprehension of the overall ecommerce landscape, including relevant technologies.
  • Ability to think strategically with a results-focused approach, adept at crafting and executing intricate channel strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or another advanced degree in a relevant area is a plus.
