The Channel Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role at NVIDIA, ensuring that retailer-specific initiatives are crafted and executed to meet both NVIDIA's and retail partners' goals.
Utilizing your expertise, you will work alongside key collaborators to design programs that enhance sales of NVIDIA ecosystem products.
The Channel Marketing Strategist will be well-integrated within the assigned account team, offering project management skills to guarantee that strategic plans are developed and executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Staying at the forefront of industry technology and business practices, the Channel Marketing Strategist will help define innovative and effective methods to engage consumers and promote NVIDIA products through the retail channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate promotional strategies for designated retailers, collaborating with the Sales team to secure retailer approval, while managing deliverables to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.
In partnership with stakeholders, articulate a strategic vision for GeForce/AI PC/Studio/Shield products within assigned retailers and spearhead initiatives that align with that vision. Ensure brand visibility and promotional activities resonate with each retailer's target audience, driving sales to fulfill NVIDIA's and retailer's objectives.
Engage in the quarterly planning process, leading and influencing NVIDIA's cross-functional teams to support NVIDIA's business goals and the objectives of assigned retailers. Ensure strategic alignment and adhere to project timelines for successful execution in designated retailers.
Oversee the sell-through of GeForce/AI PC/Studio/Shield products across retail and online platforms. Develop and present innovative recommendations for product placement and promotional activities tailored to specific retailers.
Leverage business analytics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments or recommendations for future initiatives. Communicate insights to key decision-makers to help shape the future direction of the business.
Act as a subject matter expert on the opportunities, challenges, and processes related to assigned accounts. Establish and disseminate resources specific to these accounts for the benefit of the entire Sales & Marketing organization, including key retailer contact lists, timelines for initiatives, and important retailer calendar events.
Maintain a continuous awareness of the evolving landscape and opportunities within assigned retailers. Propose innovative ideas for promoting NVIDIA's product ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in consumer electronics retail marketing, demonstrating a proven track record in channel marketing, marketing management, product marketing, project management, or sales management.
Exceptional communication abilities with strong presentation skills.
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize workload effectively.
Adaptability to revise plans swiftly in response to market changes and shifting priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail in personal work and the work of others.
A passion for solving complex challenges.
