The Opportunity

As a vital contributor to our growth objectives, we seek a Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager to expand our AI technology ecosystem and deliver innovative solutions for our customers. This pivotal role involves planning and executing joint go-to-market strategies with AI ecosystem partners to enhance customer adoption of AI-enabled applications through collaborative solution development and co-marketing initiatives.

The Organization

Reporting to the Head of Technology Partnerships, the Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager will play an essential role within the Global Partner team. This team is tasked with cultivating strategic partnerships with leading cloud service providers and technology firms. In this capacity, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization, including product management, marketing, engineering, and sales, to create new industry solutions and use cases that drive customer opportunities.

We are looking for a tech-savvy individual contributor who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to enhance our engagement with technology partners. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the AI technology landscape and emerging trends in developing AI-enabled applications, with the capability to operate both tactically and strategically. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a profound understanding of our industry and partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strategic technology partnerships that align with our product vision and business goals.
  • Assess potential partners, define joint value propositions, and formalize partnerships.
  • Foster and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure mutual success.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that encompass shared goals, strategies, and success metrics. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Work with partners to identify opportunities for joint solution development that leverages both parties' strengths and addresses market demands.
  • Oversee the co-development of solutions, ensuring alignment on product features, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for joint solutions, including messaging, positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to co-author blogs, articles, and whitepapers that showcase joint solutions and partnership achievements.
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, including joint webinars and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication of joint content across all relevant channels, leveraging both partners' networks for maximum reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics. Share relevant insights with partners and internal teams to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, alliances, or business development within the AI technology ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the AI and GenAI technology stack, vendor landscape, and open-source frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers and their AI technology services: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the NoSQL or relational database space is ideal.
  • Self-motivated with the energy and focus to operate with urgency.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.

Location and Travel

This position is remote within the United States or Canada.

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is $120,000—$150,000 USD. Base salary is only one component of our competitive total rewards package, which may also include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including skill set, experience level, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
