Key Responsibilities:
Oversee customer engagement and spearhead business development initiatives for our networking solutions with a prominent CSP. You will be responsible for driving our networking strategy.

Establish strong strategic partnerships with customers' R&D and product teams to gain insights into their strategies, visions, and requirements. Become a trusted advisor on our customer's business landscape.

Facilitate alignment between our R&D and product teams and the customer. -Act as the customer's advocate – how can we become their preferred partner?

Serve as the liaison between our product team and the customer (roadmap updates, technical communications...).

Ensure seamless coordination with the software and GPU divisions within the account – we operate as one cohesive unit.



Qualifications:
15+ years of experience (including 5 years in team leadership) in technical sales, business development, or product management.

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).


Proven experience in managing and nurturing business and technical relationships with large clients, particularly with major CSPs or hyperscalers.


A solid understanding of the business challenges faced by large CSPs, accelerated computing, data center technologies, deep learning, and machine learning, along with experience in selling advanced solutions to senior executives at key accounts.

A genuine passion for achieving results in a complex sales and technology landscape.

A demonstrated history of leading significant revenue growth and consistently exceeding targets to achieve ambitious goals.

Ability to provide strategic thought leadership, articulate a compelling vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills.



Distinguishing Factors:
Strong background in contemporary data center technologies related to deep learning and machine learning. Experience engaging with large hyperscalers.

Ability to comprehend how various AI workloads influence the corresponding data pipeline and architecture.

Successful management of technical products throughout their lifecycle. Proven track record of driving revenue growth for innovative technology-based solutions. Demonstrated capability to build and lead in a matrix-managed team environment.


Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Strong executive presence, professionalism, and political acumen.

Recent experience in sales to one of the top five cloud providers, with a preference for Oracle Cloud.

The cash compensation range is 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD, with 85% allocated to base salary and 15% as variable compensation.
