Position: Life Science / Filtration Sales Manager

We are in search of a proactive and highly skilled manager in the Life Science sector. This role is pivotal in delivering the necessary technical and commercial support to our clients, ensuring they are well-informed about our diverse range of products and services within the Life Science and Filtration domains. These domains encompass Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Nutraceuticals, Food & Beverage, and Environmental sectors.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering strategic partnerships with our clients and collaborators. They will collaborate closely with our sales teams to attract new clientele and expand existing accounts through both direct engagement and proactive outreach.

This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in conjunction with regional offices, sales teams, administrative staff, and business partners to meet organizational objectives. The individual will be responsible for crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing our Life Science product offerings, ensuring market penetration and profitability in both the short and long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales initiatives to meet strategic goals across targeted accounts and regions.
  • Design, implement, and manage strategies to secure new business opportunities in the Life Science sector.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to refine overall sales strategies and support programs related to major accounts.
  • Assist in product evaluations at Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and end-user locations.
  • Act as a liaison between product partners and sales teams for Life Science product lines.
  • Establish objectives and plans for the Life Science product offerings.
  • Engage in events that enhance the company's market visibility.
  • Conduct technical visits to clients, delivering informative presentations on our products and services.
  • Develop training programs for sales and support teams, including:
    • New product training
    • Technical updates
    • Sales and marketing materials

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Life Science industries and their clientele.
  • A degree and a minimum of three years of experience in sales or marketing within the Life Science or semiconductor sectors.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing account plans to meet set objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
