We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Partnership Manager to join our team at Flexton Inc. as a Technical Partnership Lead. This role will be responsible for leading our partnership efforts with implementation partners, ensuring successful execution of projects at client sites, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation partners with technical documentation, training, and troubleshooting needs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Sales organization to provide technology materials, sales presentations, and support for prospects and partners.
  • Develop and maintain RFP and RFI responses to showcase our capabilities and expertise.
  • Liaise with Engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Oversee partner execution at client sites, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Actively engage in implementations at customer venues, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the development team to stay current on code and technology advancements.
  • Engage with Engineering and Product Management groups to provide feedback on implementations, driving simplification and improvement.
  • Drive business success across teams and customers, tracking and analyzing key implementation metrics.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of total industry experience, with 5+ years in solution architecture and implementation.
  • 2+ years of project management and program management experience at client locations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience developing mobile applications and backend services.
  • Experience with software version control systems, issue management systems, and technologies like Ruby on Rails, BIG Data, and AWS.
  • Ability to lead multiple parallel initiatives with implementation partners and drive to completion.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with occasional international travel required.
