We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Partnership Manager to join our team at Flexton Inc. as a Partner Solution Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our implementation partners with technology documentation, training, and troubleshooting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Partner Sales organization with technology material and sales presentations at prospects alongside partners
  • Help create RFP and RFI responses
  • Liaise with Engineering teams
  • Oversee partner execution at client sites
  • Actively engage in implementations at customer venues
  • Coordinate and collaborate with development team to remain current on code and technology
  • Actively engage with engineering and product management groups providing feedback about implementations to further simplify and improve the experience
  • Drive for success across teams and customers
  • Help write customer success stories
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key implementation metrics
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of total industry experience
  • 5+ years of solution architecture, implementation experience
  • 2+ years of project management, program management experience at client location
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience developing mobile applications, backend services
  • Experience with software version control systems, issue management systems
  • Experience working with technologies like Ruby on Rails, BIG Data, AWS
  • Ability to lead multiple parallel initiatives with implementation partners and drive to completion
  • Ability to travel at various client sites across the US, occasionally international
