Position Overview

The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting recruitment, employment processes, and human resources functions at Silfab Solar, ensuring compliance with federal employment regulations and established policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including crafting and publishing job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with management.
  • Respond to inquiries related to HR matters from both internal and external sources.
  • Help maintain departmental records, reports, and updates within the HRIS system.
  • Perform reception duties as required, welcoming visitors and managing phone communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Excel reporting
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Familiarity with regulations governing human resources functions and federal/state legislation.
