About the Role
TRANZACT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Myers. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to our sales center and human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate a positive and productive work environment, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, vendors, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the HR team with various tasks, including greeting applicants, processing paperwork, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Coordinate and support recruiting and hiring events, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring office supplies are replenished and maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
- Support employee paperwork, filing, data entry, and document creation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate visitor and staff meetings, lunches, and special requests, ensuring a high level of service and hospitality.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and management, completing tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Extreme organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and problem-solve, thinking critically and creatively to resolve issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required, with some college education preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, with a strong background in customer service and operations.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
