As a dedicated HR professional, you will be responsible for managing pre-employment processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing support to our Talent Acquisition Team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage pre-employment processes, including background checks, driving record checks, TB tests, and drug screenings.
- Ensure all pre-employment documentation is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our organization and attract top talent.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining accurate records.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of HR experience, preferably in an HR Admin or HR Coordinator role.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience with HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity, is a plus (training provided).
