**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage pre-employment processes, including background checks, driving record checks, TB tests, and drug screenings.
  • Ensure all pre-employment documentation is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our organization and attract top talent.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining accurate records.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of HR experience, preferably in an HR Admin or HR Coordinator role.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity, is a plus (training provided).
