Position Overview
The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting recruitment, employment processes, and human resources functions for Silfab Solar, ensuring compliance with federal employment regulations and established policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting and posting job descriptions, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with management.
- Address and respond to inquiries related to HR matters from both internal and external sources.
- Help maintain departmental records, reports, and updates within the HRIS system.
- Perform reception duties as required, welcoming visitors and managing phone communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager.
Required Skills
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Excel reporting.
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
- Demonstrated skills in project coordination.
