Primary Duties:

- Administer payroll through ADP, ensuring precision and punctuality.
- Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Help manage benefits administration, including enrollment, modifications, and responding to employee questions.
- Organize employee files and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department as required.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong command of ADP systems.
- SHRM certification is a plus.
