Administrative HR Coordinator

**Job Summary**
CornerStone Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative HR Assistant to provide support to our dynamic team. As an Administrative HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing traditional administrative support while also assisting with a variety of HR-related duties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support including filing, organization, and setting up meetings
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including planning and executing employee events, reviewing resumes, and other supporting HR initiatives
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1+ years in an administrative support or entry-level HR role
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus, but not required
- Experience in planning and coordinating employee events
- Familiarity with resume review processes
