About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Business Development Team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for acquiring new business accounts and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Creative Sales Approaches: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, solutions, and proposals to differentiate ourselves in the industry.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with leadership to enhance your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Proposal Writing: Demonstrated experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
  • CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to update and maintain customer records.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining an accurate funnel of sales opportunities.
