Sales Account Executives will be equipped with essential tools to navigate the complete sales process, including prospecting, building relationships, delivering customer service, and managing operations.

Compensation Structure:

Base salary of $55,000.00 plus uncapped commission eligible from day one.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, nurture, and oversee new client relationships.
  • Drive new account growth through effective prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration.
  • Utilize Salesforce proficiently for client prospecting and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Navigate Sacred Heart University's proprietary software for daily operational tasks, including account management, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
  • Build relationships with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing of client transactions.
  • Participate in continuous education programs to enhance your understanding of the industry, market, and business.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in inside sales.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven by financial incentives.
  • Capable of assertive cold calling with a positive and persistent approach.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Resilient in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Understands the significance of self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment that requires problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Inside Sales Representatives will undergo comprehensive classroom training, a mentorship program, and an in-house continuous education initiative.

This position operates in an office setting, utilizing a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as required to fulfill job responsibilities.

The work environment noise level is typical of an office with an open seating layout, and employees may experience frequent interruptions throughout the workday. Regular requirements include sitting, talking, and listening.
