ServiceMaster TRS is on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Regional Account Manager - Commercial Sales to enhance our operations. In this essential position, you will focus on generating new business by targeting key commercial clients, securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and nurturing relationships with referral sources, including insurance professionals, claims adjusters, property managers, and other key stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to broaden our footprint in the commercial landscape.


Position Summary:

As a Regional Account Manager - Commercial Sales at ServiceMaster TRS, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions, and implementing sales strategies that surpass expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams and represent the organization at industry events, ensuring ongoing success with high-value clients.


Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000+ (Base Salary with Commission Potential)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and secure high-value commercial accounts, focusing on establishing MSAs and converting them into long-term partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with insurance professionals, claims adjusters, property managers, and key commercial clients across various sectors.
  • Master Service Agreements (MSAs): Lead the negotiation and execution of MSAs with significant commercial clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for ongoing business opportunities.
  • Referral Network Expansion: Build a robust referral network by engaging with key stakeholders and transforming leads into long-term partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other sales representatives and the operations team to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and local market dynamics, adjusting sales strategies to leverage new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience, ideally within the commercial sector in restoration, insurance, or property management.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
    • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Self-driven with a results-oriented, proactive mindset.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial sector, disaster restoration, and the insurance claims process.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
