Compensation Structure:

Base salary of $55,000.00 plus uncapped commission eligible from day one.

  • Develop, nurture, and manage new client relationships.

  • Utilize Salesforce proficiently for client prospecting and pipeline oversight.
  • Navigate proprietary software for daily operational tasks, including account management and shipment tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing of client transactions.
  • Participate in continuous education programs to enhance industry knowledge and business acumen.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in inside sales.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities.

Inside Sales Representatives will undergo comprehensive classroom training, a mentorship initiative, and an in-house continuous education program.

This position operates in an office environment utilizing standard office equipment to perform duties.

The work environment is typical of an office with an open seating layout, and employees may experience frequent interruptions throughout the day.
