Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred, with substantial accounting experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in public accounting or industry finance.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to integrate into teams.
- Proficient technical skills and a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Proactive in identifying client needs and adept at building robust client relationships.
- Highly organized with the capability to set engagement expectations and direction effectively.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
