Senior Account Executive

**About the Role**

As a Senior Account Executive at Octagon, a leading sports and entertainment marketing agency, you will have the opportunity to lead client business and manage day-to-day client programs. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead client business and manage day-to-day client programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute integrated sponsorship campaigns across endurance sports and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) portfolio, leveraging your expertise in sports, CSR programs, entertainment, gaming, music, and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop programs that embody client's brand, values, and objectives.
  • Prepare necessary documents supporting strategic planning and ideation, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign proposals.
  • Coordinate projects with clients, external agency partners, and internal Octagon specialty groups, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Assist with planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, including event management, logistics, and activation.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sports marketing and/or client management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Passion and expertise in sports, CSR programs, entertainment, gaming, music, and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture, with a deep understanding of the industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to foster relationships and find opportunities to contribute to every interaction, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), with experience in data analysis and reporting.
