Job Description

At LMG Connecticut, we are a high-level business consulting and customer acquisition firm that prides itself on exceptional customer service and cutting-edge sales strategies. Our Sales Associate role is designed for sales-oriented candidates who are determined to succeed, eager to enhance their leadership qualities, and passionate about building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow top-performing sales executives and work closely with senior account managers to gain a deep understanding of client campaign strategies, KPIs, products, services, and promotions.
  • Outreach and educate consumers on the benefits of our client's products and services through live presentations to support our marketing and sales team in achieving daily sales goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all order adjustments, price quotations, purchase orders, and billing inquiries with the customer directly.
  • Participate in all in-person meetings and virtual conferences regarding our client's expansion to stay up-to-date on fresh product knowledge and maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with our account management, marketing, sales, and customer service team to create and implement a more effective, competitive marketing strategy.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty through active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business fields preferred or in the process of completion.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, Customer Service, or internship in related fields.
  • Flexible Availability Working Weekends.
