We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to lead client business and manage day-to-day client programs at Octagon, a leading sports and entertainment marketing agency.

About the Role
  • Lead client business and manage day-to-day client programs, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute integrated sponsorship campaigns across endurance sports and Corporate Social Responsibility portfolio, aligning with client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop programs that embody client's brand, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Prepare necessary documents supporting strategic planning and ideation, ensuring seamless execution of client programs.
  • Coordinate projects with clients, external agency partners, and internal Octagon specialty groups, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Assist with planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, creating memorable experiences for clients and their audiences.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in sports marketing and/or client management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Passion and expertise in sports, CSR programs, entertainment, gaming, music, and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture, with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to foster relationships and find opportunities to contribute to every interaction, building strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), with experience in data analysis and reporting.
