Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Venice Toyota, you will report directly to the Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate vehicle sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Licenses:
Valid Driver's License and Sales License are necessary.

Other Requirements:

Must possess the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. A professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet the company's production and quality standards are essential.

Work may involve spending time outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors in climate-controlled environments.

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Engage positively with colleagues to foster a supportive work environment.

  • Be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits.
  • Implement a follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections and road tests.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand all features and paperwork.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Attend training sessions to stay current with sales techniques.
