Job Overview:
As a Business Consultant, your primary responsibilities will encompass three main areas based on our service offerings:

Business Consulting:
You will establish strong connections with small business proprietors and assist them in preparing their businesses for confidential listings.

Once the business is listed, you will oversee the transaction process, including buyer screening, offer negotiations, due diligence, and closing activities.


Franchise Advisory:

Your role will involve guiding potential franchise buyers in identifying and acquiring the ideal franchise that aligns with their preferences, skill sets, financial capabilities, and earning expectations. We collaborate with numerous franchisors to present suitable options to prospective buyers.


Franchise Growth:
You will support exceptional local businesses in expanding their operations by transitioning into franchisors.

Our approach is team-oriented, allowing for collaboration on various transactions.


While you will function as an independent entrepreneur, our office provides extensive support services to enhance your sales success. This includes marketing and lead generation, administrative assistance, initial training, ongoing career development, and collaborative selling and client support.


Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.


Relevant experience may include Business Consulting, Franchising, Franchise Ownership, Insurance Sales, Commercial Banking, Small Business Banking, Real Estate, Financial Advisory, CPA, CFP, Legal Practice, Small Business Ownership, Engineering, Project Management, General Management, Executive Roles, Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, Information Systems, and Commercial Real Estate.

Proficiency in technology is essential, including familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), email, and the Microsoft Office Suite.


A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency is crucial, along with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while fostering and maintaining enduring relationships with clients.

Creative and independent problem-solving skills are necessary.

Strong organizational abilities to monitor and manage multiple ongoing transactions, clients, and prospects are essential.

Maintain absolute confidentiality when interacting with clients and prospects.

Exhibit self-management skills and project a professional image that inspires confidence and trust.
