Position Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and driven Field Parts Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team.

The successful candidate will possess a strong interest in automotive components, outstanding communication abilities, and a solid history of sales achievements.

As a Field Parts Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing robust relationships with clients, advocating for our product offerings, and meeting designated sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Develop and sustain connections with automotive service centers, dealerships, and other prospective clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing product information.

Product Advocacy:

Market and sell a diverse array of automotive parts, including but not limited to headlights, tires, wheels, brake kits, and custom grilles.

Keep abreast of industry developments and new product introductions to effectively convey features and advantages.

Sales Objectives:
Establish and fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to optimize revenue.

Market Analysis:
Perform market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and remain informed about competitors.
Evaluate customer requirements and relay feedback to the product development team.

Product Expertise:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products being marketed.
Offer technical support and guidance to clients in selecting the appropriate parts for their needs.

Documentation:
Keep precise records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and sales transactions.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Team Collaboration:
Work in conjunction with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in outside sales, ideally within the automotive parts sector or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
Familiarity with automotive parts and the capability to provide technical information.
Valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
