Understand the automotive industry terminology and stay current with product technology.

Perform pre-delivery inspections and road tests prior to customer delivery.

Facilitate vehicle delivery to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary paperwork, thereby fostering customer loyalty.

Utilize vehicle delivery as an opportunity to enhance customer relationships.

Understand vehicle equity and depreciation to effectively communicate with customers.

Handle telephone inquiries courteously and efficiently.

Employ a consistent quotation process for vehicle purchases and trade-ins.

Assist in moving and arranging display vehicles as directed.

Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism to reinforce our commitment to exceptional service and customer loyalty.

Stay informed about the laws and regulations governing retail automotive sales.
