Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients, securing demonstrations of our offerings
Leverage your understanding of higher education institutions to connect with prospective clients
Attend industry conferences and visit educational institutions within your designated area
Work collaboratively with Talentify team members to stay updated on industry trends and provide the best insights to prospects
Coordinate with the VP of Revenue to strategize growth initiatives and manage sales pipelines
Essential Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the higher education sector
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and effective prospecting
In-depth knowledge of higher education funding cycles, grants, and organizational structures
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach throughout the sales journey
Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining organizational skills
Comfortable with phone communication, leading product demonstrations, and meeting clients both virtually and in person
Familiarity with the predictable revenue sales framework and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in educational technology sales or the higher education market
Strong capability to deliver a clear and impactful elevator pitch
Self-driven with a positive attitude
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
