Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to physician candidates and clients within the academic sector.
- Identify and evaluate physician candidates through various communication methods.
- Share detailed information about job opportunities, including salary expectations, and prepare candidates for interviews.
- Lead marketing initiatives aimed at attracting physicians.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process and address any client concerns.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven sales experience, encompassing inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- A positive mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultative sales.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and academic institutions.
