EvenUp is a pioneering venture-backed generative AI startup dedicated to ensuring injury victims receive fair compensation for their claims. Our mission is to bridge the gap in the legal system, providing a consistent and high standard of representation for injury law firms across America.
We're seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in executing and refining our sales strategy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: From lead generation to closing deals, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales process.
- Sales Pipeline Development: You will prospect, develop, and manage a sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conduct 30 cold calls a day, aiming to generate 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
- Closing Deals: Close customers onto the EvenUp Platform through inbound and outbound efforts.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with attorneys and decision-makers across personal injury law firms.
- Account Planning: Prioritize your book of business and develop and execute account plans for each individual account, identifying new opportunities and bridging use cases across departments.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound sales opportunities and customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and organized manner.
- Product Knowledge: Educate and consult customers on the value of EvenUp throughout the sales and adoption cycle.
- Travel and Events: Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
- Team Collaboration: Consistently communicate with other members of our team.
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
- Outbound Sales Skills: Ability to execute high volumes of outbound sales calls daily.
- Track Record: Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Driven: Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Team Player: Team player with a competitive spirit.
- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with our CRM (Hubspot).
