Position Overview
Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to enhance our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead initiatives to increase revenue within the automotive, aerospace, and heavy industrial sectors across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Tier 1 suppliers to OEM manufacturers in these industries.
- Oversee and implement all sales and growth targets.

- Provide strategic leadership and management of all sales and business development functions to ensure alignment with regional sales goals and objectives.

- Uphold the company's ethical standards and promote Acuren's core values related to integrity, safety, quality, and corporate responsibility.


- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services to clients.

- Review all contracts to ensure compliance with Acuren's minimum requirements as set by designated risk management personnel.


- Engage in negotiations with clients to amend terms and conditions as necessary.
- Drive growth initiatives, including the expansion of service lines and the development of new client relationships.
- Cultivate new client relationships and service offerings.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and manage an active sales pipeline.
- Prepare competitive bids that secure business.
- Manage major accounts and address client concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Pulp and Paper, Power Generation, and Automotive sectors. Experience in heavy industrial casting markets is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development within a technical service or product organization.
- Familiarity with large industrial clients and technical marketing is essential.

- Demonstrated success in technical, solutions-oriented sales directed towards engineering and operations managers in large industrial settings.


- Experience with diverse sales methodologies catering to a wide range of customers, from enterprise-level to small and medium businesses.
- Proficient in managing CRM systems or related sales tools.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on performance.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.


- Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
- A technical undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
