Key Responsibilities

Sales Development
  • Identify and secure new accounts through a well-structured daily work plan
  • Conduct formal and informal sales presentations
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies
  • Manage the CRM pipeline, ensuring regular contact and detailed tracking of prospects
  • Prepare sales proposals, including pricing and service terms, based on operational capabilities
  • Set competitive pricing for terminals and products based on market research
  • Submit proposals leveraging internal service standards
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, including key decision-makers
  • Establish a communication strategy to engage customers effectively
  • Transform leads into long-term business relationships

Qualifications

Experience & Skills
  • 1-2 years of Business to Business (B2B) and face-to-face sales experience required
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling required
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory 3-4 days a week, with occasional overnight travel for training
  • Experience in the fuel, DEF, or lubrication sectors is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) is required
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills
