Sales Development
- Identify and secure new accounts through a well-structured daily work plan
- Conduct formal and informal sales presentations
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies
- Manage the CRM pipeline, ensuring regular contact and detailed tracking of prospects
- Prepare sales proposals, including pricing and service terms, based on operational capabilities
- Set competitive pricing for terminals and products based on market research
- Submit proposals leveraging internal service standards
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, including key decision-makers
- Establish a communication strategy to engage customers effectively
- Transform leads into long-term business relationships
- Address and resolve relationship challenges while upholding company standards

Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of Business to Business (B2B) and face-to-face sales experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling required
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory 3-4 days a week, with occasional overnight travel for training
- Experience in the fuel, DEF, or lubrication sectors is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) is required
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills
