Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Data-Driven Strategies: Partner with key business stakeholders to design and implement effective targeting and segmentation strategies that maximize ROI in various marketing channels.
  • Design and Build Processes: Create and automate processes to execute and optimize campaign strategies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Data Analysis and Mining: Develop and maintain data mining architectures, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets and inform business decisions.
  • Customer Insights: Capture and analyze customer data to identify patterns and preferences, enabling us to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Adobe DBAs, to integrate and test new data sources and ensure seamless data transfer.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Statistics, Economics, or Math, or equivalent experience and certifications.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working with relational data, 2+ years of direct marketing experience, and 3+ years of experience programming in SQL.
  • Certifications: SQL MCTS certifications preferred.
  • Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of 2016 Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
