Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and supplying aftermarket auto parts to a diverse clientele in the Cincinnati region.
We seek driven individuals with a solid background in sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, meet sales objectives, and cultivate strong client relationships.
The primary responsibility of the Field Sales Executive is to enhance sales within the designated territory. This includes engaging with existing clients and establishing connections with new customers. You will be instrumental in increasing market share by implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the Cincinnati area, ultimately achieving unit targets and gross profit.
- Proactively soliciting business from both current and prospective customers.
- Keeping clients informed about new and ongoing parts promotions.
- Collaborating with store staff to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Visiting customers according to a schedule developed with store management or sales leadership.
- Serving both retail and wholesale clients to position Smyth Automotive as their primary parts supplier.
- Maintaining awareness of current sales initiatives and performance metrics.
- Accurately completing all necessary reports in a timely manner.
- Engaging in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Exhibiting excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Possessing a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrating a strong customer focus.
- Exhibiting personal accountability and self-motivation.
- Being results-driven and detail-oriented.
- Displaying persistence in achieving goals.
