Your Responsibilities:
  • Surpass revenue and profitability benchmarks for your designated sales territory
  • Formulate account-specific strategies to optimize business potential in line with unit objectives
  • Identify and secure new sales prospects in targeted markets
  • Establish robust industry relationships within target clients
  • Develop annual sales strategies with the business unit and provide regular progress updates
  • Encourage cross-selling initiatives within the business units
  • Stay informed on industry technological advancements to uncover new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to deliver proposals and manage client relationships
  • Comprehend and address buyer motivations across various business units
  • Investigate customer strategies through relevant data sources
  • Travel to clients and project locations to propose and assess sales opportunities and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate degree with relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Concentration desired)

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of external sales experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Understanding of Sales Logic

Work Environment:

This role necessitates 20% travel, occasional ladder climbing, and the capacity to lift up to 20 lbs. Compensation is competitive and varies based on geographic location and job-related factors.
