Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Executive to join our team in the Greater Cincinnati region. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying, nurturing, and securing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Your outstanding communication and negotiation abilities will be key in establishing strong partnerships with Mid-Market clients, understanding their requirements, and customizing solutions to achieve their goals. This position involves fieldwork, allowing flexibility to work remotely when not engaging with potential clients.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B outside sales
  • Experience in technology or software sales is essential
  • Familiarity with HCM or similar HR technology solutions is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to effectively navigate the designated territory for client meetings
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Candidate must reside in the Greater Cincinnati area

Compensation and Benefits Overview

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commissions
  • Estimated total earnings in the first year range from $140,000 to $160,000
