About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving global sales growth, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Sales Leadership: Oversee and manage all commercial activities, including global sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership through effective communication, active coaching, and development of sales staff.
  • Performance Management: Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of sales staff.
  • Business Development: Identify changes in the industry, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and manage to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments to address key business issues and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of successful sales and marketing experience, with a focus on leading sales growth.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
