Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve sales budget, new item distribution targets, trade promotion budget, forecasting targets, and expense management for assigned accounts.
- Customer Relationships: Develop senior-level customer relationships that drive joint business planning execution and exceed MAPS objectives as outlined in customer game plans.
- Category Management: Demonstrate category management skillset that drives customer partnerships and execution, and prepare and present customer-facing presentations that drive Ghirardelli's in-store execution.
- Education: BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct selling experience, with Kroger experience and/or confectionary experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and computer skills, understanding of data systems, and ability to travel up to 15%.
This is a home office position, and you must be based in the Cincinnati, OH area. You will spend 60% of your time working at a computer or phone, 25% interacting with key customers, and 15% observing conditions in retail outlets and attending off-site sales meetings.
