Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Executive to join our team in the Greater Cincinnati region. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Your strong communication and negotiation abilities will be essential in establishing lasting relationships with Mid-Market clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions to meet their goals. This position allows for remote work when not actively engaging with potential clients in the field.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in B2B outside sales
- Proven background in technology/software sales is essential
- Experience with HCM or similar HR technology solutions is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Ability to navigate the designated territory for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Candidate must reside in the Greater Cincinnati area
Compensation and Benefits Overview
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commissions
- Projected total earnings in the first year range from $140,000 to $160,000
