Position Overview:
As a Market Sales Executive, you will be accountable for implementing all facets of the MABI portfolio brand strategies within your designated territory. This role involves executing wholesaler initiatives, implementing distributor incentive programs, and ensuring effective execution with key accounts. Your market area will consist of one or more distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in fieldwork: 4.5 days per week collaborating with District Manager level influencers at distributors.
- Implement all components of the sales strategy with the wholesaler network.
- Execute brand strategies and programs by partnering with District Manager level influencers at their distributors.
- Monitor and report on ongoing market conditions utilizing the MABIlity tool.
- Provide weekly recaps of retail and market execution performance, offering feedback to management using the MABIlity tool.
- Collaborate regularly with team members in the field.
- Share best practices and coordinate market execution/activation initiatives against key market/account objectives, new product launches, and distribution efforts.
- Ensure brand execution at the market level, maintaining brand standards such as pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, display, and draft and bottle placement.
- Stay informed about competitive trends and report significant developments.
- Assess and evaluate personal performance monthly to identify areas for growth.
- Consistently demonstrate the MABI Way to sell, embodying the MABI One culture.
- Manage personal operating and travel expenses in accordance with company guidelines.

Monthly Focus:
- Dedicate 18 days (90% of time) to ensuring retail execution, surveying with key wholesaler influencers, and evaluating distribution and display execution.
- Allocate 2 full days (10% of time) to manage all administrative responsibilities due monthly, including fiscal responsibility, distribution tracking, program execution tracking, and performance management, alongside local initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 0 to 2 years

Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- A passion for working with a leading Flavored Malt Beverage company in the US is essential, along with a commitment to investing time and energy into career development.
- Mobility is essential, as high performers will be presented with new opportunities that may require relocation.
- Preferred experience includes 1-2+ years working with wholesalers in the beverage category or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for budgeting and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) with the ability to develop and present.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
