We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Stone Consulting and Management Services. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Provide sales training and coaching to junior sales team members
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the laboratory/diagnostics industry
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
