Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement a defined Sales Process Model to establish sales protocols aimed at boosting conversion rates and optimizing incoming sales interactions.
2. Collaborate with Account Management teams to adopt best practices and utilize innovative technology and insights to elevate our market performance.
3. Foster strong, enduring relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities.
4. Provide training and enhance product knowledge among Associate Territory Managers, engaging senior management in educational initiatives.
5. Assist in the management of existing staff and the recruitment of additional personnel.
6. Embrace current Accountability Measures to ensure team alignment.
7. Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance brand visibility and online presence.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of successful experience in outside sales, preferably within the Laboratory/Diagnostics sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to Territory and Accountability.
