Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Specialist. This role will focus on selling cardiac medical devices and equipment to cardiologists and specialists in the specified territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Excellence: Achieve sales quotas, market share growth, and other business objectives within the cardiology segment.
  • Customer Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including cardiologists and specialists, through daily calls and networking activities.
  • Business Analytics and Planning: Utilize expertise in business analytics, marketplace dynamics, and clinical knowledge to implement a compliant and efficient business plan.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize technology to analyze sales results, track outcomes, and update customer account documentation efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, fostering two-way lines of communication.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Valid driver's license, ability to travel 100% throughout the specified territory, residence in the specified geography or willingness to relocate, strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), ability to accept coaching and critical feedback with a resilient attitude, and commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience in selling to Cardiologists and related specialists.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
