Key Responsibilities
The TAVI Territory Manager is tasked with achieving and surpassing sales and clinical targets within the designated territory. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing commercial accounts and clinical trial sites, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Sales Director to identify growth opportunities and achieve quarterly sales goals.
  • Coordinating daily activities with Clinical Sales Specialists to ensure effective territory management.
  • Developing customer-centric sales strategies to support TAVI program objectives.
  • Utilizing data analytics to create actionable sales plans that differentiate our offerings.
  • Engaging in field training to gain authorization for independent case support.
  • Providing in-depth case support during TAVI procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of our products.
  • Building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders to facilitate future sales opportunities.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years in cardiovascular sales, with at least 5 years in Structural Heart or related fields.
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge of severe aortic stenosis.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the TAVI industry and proficiency in imaging modalities such as CT, TTE, and TEE are highly desirable.
