Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with health service providers, leveraging your exceptional sales ability and competitive drive.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing product support and information as needed, and achieving individual sales quotas.
- Meaningful Dialogue: Engage in meaningful dialogue with health providers and patients, addressing their needs and building trust and credibility.
- Commercial Success: Collaborate with the sales team to drive commercial success, leveraging your skills and expertise to achieve sales goals.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
- Pharmaceutical Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Travel and Valid Driver's License: Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
- Strong Recent Experience: Strong recent experience selling launch products, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Account Planning: Ability to develop, implement, execute, and measure success with account plans.
- Virtual and Field-Based Environment: Ability to work in a virtual and field-based environment, with a strong understanding of commercial success.
- Territory Requirements: Must live within the territory or within the territory boundaries.
