Job Title: Automotive Battery Production Specialist

Join Clarios, a leading manufacturer of automotive batteries, as an Automotive Battery Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production machines to manufacture high-quality batteries for various vehicle types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery by controlling and adjusting machine settings, feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines.
  • Verify that product meets quality standards and keep records of approved and defective units.
  • Clean equipment, tools, and surrounding area between jobs.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production specifications, instructions, written and verbal.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable working 12+ hour days.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a hot environment.
  • Ability to physically bend, twist, and kneel in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to come in early or stay late depending on production demands.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE.
