We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at FactoryFix. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse, ensuring seamless inventory management and efficient product movement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate database records.
  • Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished products.
  • Implement daily production and shipping plans, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
  • Manage daily product flow by modifying storage space assignments.
  • Confirm product availability for shipment by verifying inventory records or conducting inventory checks.
  • Identify and report slow-moving products and arrange for their removal with approval.
  • Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished products as needed.
  • Operate forklift trucks as required.
  • Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
  • Perform other related duties as directed.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Enter and confirm orders using the P21 system.
  • Ensure warehouse housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of company product codes and terminology.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
  • Forklift experience and a valid license.
