Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at FactoryFix. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities and operations of the warehouse, ensuring seamless inventory management and efficient product movement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate database records.
- Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished products.
- Implement daily production and shipping plans, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
- Manage daily product flow by modifying storage space assignments.
- Confirm product availability for shipment by verifying inventory records or conducting inventory checks.
- Identify and report slow-moving products and arrange for their removal with approval.
- Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished products as needed.
- Operate forklift trucks as required.
- Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Enter and confirm orders using the P21 system.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of company product codes and terminology.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Forklift experience and a valid license.
