Position: Manufacturing Process Specialist
Company: NW Employment Solutions
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 11:30 PM
Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience
Primary Responsibilities:- Ensure all machinery is configured accurately according to standard operating procedures
- Oversee and diagnose issues with plastic injection-molding equipment
- Uphold quality benchmarks throughout the production process
- Conduct preventive maintenance and record any modifications to processes
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
- Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a comparable position
- Familiarity with injection molding machinery
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- At least 5 years of experience in plastic processing
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Engage in various physical tasks
